Advanced Minimally Invasive Reproductive Surgery

Twelve-week blended programme at AGES Fellowship level (RANZCOG/AGES Levels 4–5), modelled on the ESHRE/ESGE GESEA–ECRES pathway: twelve modules with a 180-item question bank, a longitudinal psychomotor strand with video-scored benchmarks, and an EPA logbook with authenticated supervisor sign-off and structured video case review. For FRANZCOG advanced trainees on the Hysteroscopic and Laparoscopic Surgery SIM, AGES fellows and specialists extending their scope.

Maternity Theatre Team Program

Competency-based credentialing program for midwives joining the 24-hour obstetric theatre team at a rural Level 3 maternity service. Three streams over 12 months: perioperative foundation (scrub and scout, ACORN), anaesthetic assistant (ANZCA PG08 and ACPAN) and recovery and neonatal (ANZCA PG04, ACPAN, ANZCOR). Seventeen online modules with a 173-item question bank, protected elective-list placements, quarterly in-theatre simulation, and an EPA logbook with GP anaesthetist and perioperative sign-off. Designed for small rural units moving to on-site caesarean capability.
